My Google home app is up to date but not showing what is playing. My problem is exactly the same as what is posted on this forum in the following link.

Is it possible for me to contact the person who has posted this(username thedriver)? Like thedriver, I am at my wit's end trying the things that were suggested but have not been successful in resolving the problem. Or, has anyone else found the solution. Thank you for any help.

This was solved by resetting the Google home device.
