I have a Google Home 1st gen that is unresponsive since last summer (July 2024). I have tried numerous steps to try to factory reset my device. Holding button for 5 seconds, or doing the 10x Plug-Unplug process with no success. I would like to know what are the next steps to factory reset my device.

I appreciate the workarounds you've tried. It seems like you couldn't set up the device again with the Google Home app, even after the 10x plug-unplug cycle.
