Any ideas? I bought a brand new nest hub, the 3rd one for the house. The other 2 are working fine and connected fine to my network and function as expected. I opted to get one for my office, and i cannot get it set up no matter how hard i try. Where the set up fails is, my home network does not show in the list of available wifi networks. I have a heap of weak and irrelevant ones in the list, but not my own. and it fails when i enter in my own information. So this hub is essentially a brick until i can get it onto my network via my phone. Surely there has to be another way because this is a nightmare. Ive tried the 'forget network' solution, and the 'switch off of 5g'solution etc, and i'm having absolutely zero success. HELP?!?

When you try to set up your hub, are you close to your router (<4m)?

yes. did it within 1m of router. the list is populated with bad and weak networks, i just dont get it.

Hi folks,
Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear about this experience.
Set up your speaker or display on the new Wi-Fi network:
If these steps don’t solve the issue, you’ll need to factory reset your speaker or display, then set it up again.
If your speaker or display is connected to an existing Wi-Fi network, but you'd like to connect it to a new one, follow the steps below:
If you get an error message that says "could not communicate with your [device]" when you try to forget your network, or the steps above don't work, you'll need to factory reset your device and set it up again.
By the way, thanks to @LokePus for chiming in.
Best,
Princess
