Google Home cannot connect to WiFi. Performed Factory reset a few times, no change. Please help.

Google Home can't connect to WIFi. It used to be able to connect to WIFi, but once turned the WIFi router off, next thing, Google Home can't connect back to WIFi.

Things tried:

1. I've performed Factory reset a few times, no change.

2. Move WIFi router, now WIFi router is very close.

3. Re-download google home app.

4. Tried 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz (can't connect to both)
