Tried connecting Google Home, plugged in, downloaded app. Says cannot locate to download Utilities app, I completed that process. Utilities app reads Google Home device found. Reads not activated, instructs me to be near Google Home device. Devise is right next to me, why can I not activate this Google Home device?

We hope you were able to get the help you need but if you're still having trouble, please give these steps a try: 

Reset your Google Home
Download the Device Utility app
Open the Device Utility app.
Allow Location access on your phone.
Turn on Bluetooth.
Disconnect phone from the Wi-Fi network.
The app starts to look for devices.
Activate the device.
Finish the activation.
If all fails, try setting up your devices using a different phone.
