Google Hub 2 freeze

Having randomly issues everyday with my hub2. It is freezing to random hours. Like today, I asked google to turn on my lights. Then it froze. Completely dead. Only way to make it respond is to restart it by unplugging the power supply. Yesterday it froze at 02:33, and it went to black screen after 5 hours. Any idea? Been in touch with google by phone, but they are not able to help. Ps: the hub is 2 weeks old and brand new.

I am having the same issue on my hub gen 1. I have reset twice today in the same way & I have full factory reset it 5 times just today.

Yesterday it went twice & the day defore just once.

This is the second Google hub I have had problems with the other one had screen burn.

Same with my 5 days old google hub 2.

Still have issues. Even with factory reset 😞 3 reboots today (and it's only 14:35 Norwegian time here). 7 reboots yesterday
