Got New Google Hub max today, I was excited to setup and use it. But everything is setup in the Google home app but on the hub screen, its stuck or finish setup button not working at Almost done screen. Please help

Same here. Moved to new home, reset to factory and went thru setup procedures. Stuck after "Almost Done" screen. Please help

When we got a new Nest Hub Max a couple of months ago, the same thing happened to us. With all the postings in this forum about "assisting device" and "unable to connect" errors, I tried plugging in one of our 1st gen Nest Hubs nearby, and then the install process worked. It could have been a coincidence, however.

OK, I figured it out...Poor setup overall. I tried this before as well but the touchscreen did not work. I did it one more time and pressed "finish setup" on the device and it finally installed.
