I set up this Google nest max and it worked great, I mailed it to my mother's home and now it will not connect to her wifi, all location is on. Ipad and her iphone are connected. Please help!

If you haven't yet, do a factory reset on the hub. Hold volume up and down at the same time for ten seconds. It should boot to the setup screen.

I tried that and it still won't connect, location, Bluetooth is on. She has an iPad and iPhone and both are connected to the internet.
