Google Mini takes a long time to turn on my Google TV

Hello, my current issue with my Google Nest Mini is that if my Google Tv has been powered off for only a brief time, then the google nest has no problem turning it back on, but if the tv was turned off for a long time for example 3 hours ago, then the google nest takes at least 5 minutes or even more to turn the tv on.

This problem is only occurring to me with the Google Nest mini and not other google assistants like the one on my phone and I can't ask the one on my phone to turn the tv on since the google nest mini takes over any request i make to any google assistant.
