The same thing happened to me. Around 1-2 weeks ago we had the 4 dots randomly. After a few restarts and holding the reset it started working. A few days ago our Nest Audio doesn't seem to power on now. I'm raising a support ticket.

Are other devices able to receive power from the same outlet?
Is the official power adapter that came with the speaker used on the device?
