I´ve had a Google Nest Audio and a Google Nest Mini for over 2-3 years and they both worked OK. Eventually, they would mysteriously reconfigure but a regular factory reset would solve that.
A few days ago they both stop acting to "Hey Google, Play Music", they would respond that they were going to play music but they wouldn't do it. Also, it was not possible to cast from my device (iPhone).
I factory reset both devices but when getting to Set Up Google Assistant a "The operation couldn't be completed. (kGSKErrorDomain error -83902.)" message would appear.
Please avoid recommending the obvious:
- Everything is plugged in and works (as it has always worked),
- I've re reinstalled the App and reset the device several times.
- It has nothing to do with my Google account. Yes, it is a Google Workspace account but I've always used the same one and it worked. I've also tried using my personal Gmail account and it wasn't solved.
- The language is in English, and I tried going back and forth between Spanish, UK English, and US English and nothing changed,
- I’ve contacted my internet provided and rebooted my network
- The device is properly connected to a power outlet and close to the wi-fi source.
I talked with the Google Help Center for over an hour and they weren't able to solve this. This is a new major bug in the device software or app that should be addressed ASAP.

I found the solution, if you have an iPhone change the language to English and location to United States. Then you can change again. It’s on the iPhone settings not on google home app
