I got a Google Nest Audio about a year ago, but recently when I'm playing music from my iphone (11) it will randomly disconnect.
I've gone through and checked that my phone is fully up to date, the Nest is up to date, every thing in the google home app is correct. I've tried adding and removing it from google home, and my bluetooth devices.
It's weird because it's not every time, or a set time after connecting. I've had it playing from my phone for 2 hours with no issues and suddenly it will disconnect. Other times It'll stay connected for maybe 2 minutes. And in order to reconnect my phone I need to unplug the nest's power cord and plug it back in, otherwise my phone can't connect.

Hi OlavGrey,
Thanks for bringing this up.
We're sorry to hear about this experience with your Google Nest Audio's Bluetooth connectivity. Could you tell us when did you notice this behavior? Also, what's the distance between your Google Nest Audio and your phone when you try to connect it via Bluetooth?
Let's go ahead and try first to connect it using a different phone so we can isolate this issue further. Also, using an Android may also help.
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
Princess

Hi,
The distance between my phone and the nest is about a foot? I use it mainly while cooking, so it's not in a different room or anything.
I started noticing this behavior in December, mid December about. I did try my wifes phone and it didn't seem to have any issues.

Hey there OlavGrey,
I appreciate the information. It would seem reverting your Nest Audio to its default and original settings is needed by doing a factory reset. Follow the steps below and set it back up:
Kind regards,
Dan
