Bought my 3rd Google Nest product thought like the other 2 open box plug in it worked this one can't connect to WIFI. Finally got a hold of help and told it is my router. Nowhere did it say when I bought it that you need a certain router or to be able to check that it has certain requirements. At over 70 don't need the aggravation, when you buy things today 2025 from one of the largest companies in the world one would think it would work out of the box but I guess I ask too much. Wondering if others have this problem or am I the lucky one of the lucky who bought this product?

My feedback is I sent it back, and it will be quite a long time before I buy another Google product.
