Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. What’s the iOS version of your phone? Try doing the steps below:

• Unplug your Google Nest Mini device from the power outlet for a minute > Plug back in.
• Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app.
• Check the equalizer settings again. If the issue persists, try using a different phone/tablet.
