Google Nest Home won't restart

Hello, I own a google nest audio and recently I tried to factory reset my google nest but as I tried to turn it back on, it was stuck on load. Has anyone experienced this and how can I fix this?

Thanks for checking this, MpIsCustomer.

tobychannx, were you able to get in contact with our support team? If not, let’s further look into it. Are you still using the official power cord that came with your Google Nest Audio device? Have you tried to plug it into a different wall outlet?

Try these steps:

1. On the back of your Google Nest Audio device, unplug the power cord > wait 10 seconds > plug the power cord back in > wait until the 4 LEDs light up.
2. Repeat the first step, 8 more times.
3. Do another factory reset.
4. Continue to hold the top of the device for 10 seconds more or until the Google assistant confirms that the FDR has started.
