Google Nest Hub 2 (2nd Gen) Black Screen

Hi i purchased my google nest hub 2 on Jun 2023 and as of today, it has now shown a black screen on 3/4 of the display while remaining a quarter to be functional. It has always been fixated on a stationery position on my counter top since the day of the receiving the item and permanently plugged in. Appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

Thanks for posting and letting us know about your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen screen concern. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution. A few questions: was the device dropped or knocked over? Is the display's assistant working? What are the troubleshooting steps you've already tried? Lastly, could you send us a screenshot showing it?
