Google Nest Hub 2

Hi,

Can I use Google Nest Hub 2 as desktop clock without internet. My hub goes to setup mode as soon as the internet is off. 

It would be great if it could be used for clock mode and photo mode offline and stand by mode.

Our Nest Hubs simply do not work without an internet connection. If our Wi-Fi goes out, we get a "no Internet connection" error on each Nest Hub and the clock mode disappears.

Thanks for your reply. But it is not practical that even the clock and photos cant work without internet. Hope they bring an update with this.

My guess is that this won't be updated. Everything I see indicates the Nest Hub is specifically designed for use with Wi-Fi and internet access. Even the the clock needs to be synced on-line and the photos need to be retrieved online.
