Google Nest Hub 2nd Gen completely unresponsive

Simply wont turn on! Little light on the border lights up when plugged in, but I cant turn it on or do a factory reset!

I cant even submit the online warranty form.  Says refresh the page, something is wrong!

Argh please help

Hey Dantheman76,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let me help you with that.

A few questions: when did it start happening? What's showing on your screen? Is it a totally black screen? Also, are you getting any message when you're talking to it?

  • Make sure you're using the original power cable and adapter.
  • Have you tried plugging it into a different power source?
  • Also, where and when did you purchase your device?
