Has anyone been successful at setting up a Google home on the android phone that also acts as the hotspot for Wi-Fi connection? And then connect the Google Nest Hub Max to the home using the hotspot connection? Can this be done? Some background…elderly parent lives in nursing home whose router settings limit connectivity of devices. I’m trying to use a cellphone hotspot as the Wi-Fi source, but it would also have the Google home app on it to connect the hub max and chrome cast to; possible? Or would I need 2 phones? 1 to transmit the Wi-Fi signal (hotspot) and the other to host the Google Home and connect devices?
