Google Nest Hub Skipping Songs or Stops Playing on Spotify

Hello,

 

This is an intermittent issue that we have had since buying the device that would like to get fixed.

 

Sometimes when playing Spotify on our Nest Hub, it will just skip through songs (without playing any of them) until I tell it to stop playing. In other cases, it will just stop playing music all on its own (not at the end of a playlist or anything). Resetting the device does not fix the issue, but sometimes (after a day or two) it fixes itself.

Reboot your speaker or display. Disconnect the power cable from your speaker or display.
Reboot router. Power off the router and power it back on.
Try to play music from another supported app and check if it's choppy on both services.
Move your speaker or display closer to the router and test.
