Google Nest Hub Stuck on G

Out if the blue the device is stuck on the G and won’t move off it.

 Tried Restart - didn’t help

Tried factory reset - didn’t help

 Any idea how to fix this?

I don't know if its the same but in the help article for the nest mini it talks about multiple power cycles

  1. Unplug the power cord from your speaker. Wait for 10 seconds. Plug it back in, and wait until all 4 lights on top illuminate.
  2. Repeat step 1, 10 more times.

Seemed like a long shot. Tried it and still have the same problem

Didn’t work sorry. Is anyone from Google able to chime in here. The hub less than a year old and it just sits on the screen with “G”
