Google Nest Hub cannot search and manual connect to my home wifi or hotspot

My Google Home Nest Hub (2nd gen) is not able to search my home wifi and personal hotspot generate by my laptop and mobile phone.  The problem occurred to my existing nest hub and thus I buy a new one and it happened the same issue. I have tried all the troubleshooting method including:

- Unplug and replug the nest hub and router

- Factory reset the nest hub and router

- Connect via different device (ipad/ iphone/ android phone)

Please let me know how I should fix the problem.

Hello I finally fixed the problem by changing the router DNS to 8.8.8.8 Google public server. Hope this help others facing the same problem.
