Hi all,
We have a Google Nest Hub 2 and recently the screen showed up black, with a green oval shaped centre.
After Googling the issue on the Nest Support pages, I performed the factory reset as directed. Now it asks to be set up again but it requires scanning a QR code that I can't do as the screen is only displaying this black page / oval shape.
Any chance this can be rectified or is it just a paperweight now? 😕

Myself Viswanadh, I am from Chennai and I am facing the same issue where the oval green shape is on my Google next hub screen.
Can you please help me fix the issue or suggest me if I need to send the device to any location for the fix.
I am unable to add a picture to explain my issue as there is no option in this.
