Please help, I have tried what seems like everything to get my google display to connect to my wireless network. I have factory reset the device 4 or 5 times.I have went through the setup process countless times. Please help what can I do.

I am having the same problem since last night. I have the home and back button held down. I have the hire light at the bottom. I have changed the batteries 2x😝
I have turned off and on the router

@Mo781 and @Ritata2525, thanks for posting. This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: is this for a new setup or this was already set up and you just made changes on your Wi-Fi? What is the exact message that you are getting from the Google Home app? What is the distance between your Nest Hub and your Wi-Fi router? The ideal distance is atleast 15 feet during setup.
You can force close and reopen your Google Home app, if that did not work go ahead and reboot your phone to refresh. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Home app might help too. To further isolate the issue try to use another phone.
