I have been having issues for the last 6 months where my Nest Mini (received Sept. 2020) disconnects from my WiFi on regularly, and requires human interaction to be re-connected. It started around 6 months after getting it and has never kept a stable connection for more than 3 days since.
I've followed ALL Google support-related resolutions on the many many user posts/exchanges I could find on this board and others to avail (reset, wipe, unregister, re-register, etc.). My ISP-provided router has been replaced 3 months ago. The Nest Mini is configured using 2.4G on the WiFi router that is 12 feet/1 drywall away.
Model H2C, FCC ID: A4R-H2C, IC: 10395A-H2C, CAN ICES-3 (B)/NMB-3(B), 0319105AP65VVS
I am utterly baffled as to why Google does not take this seriously and issues a recall / replacement program as this is affecting a very large community of users.
What can Google do for me today to make me happy?!

The nest mini is the most useless thing I have in my house. Mine is less than 50cm from the router but every two days it says there was a problem and stops working. I already gave up. On the same network I have an echo dot and a HomePod that never gave a problem.

Hello Mike72 and ClaudioCastro,
Thank you for reaching out. I appreciate your detailed response and for taking the time to try a variety of troubleshooting steps.
I have some questions to allow our team to get a better understanding of this situation, I would appreciate it if you could take the time to answer them:
How long did your Google Nest Mini work before encountering connectivity issues?
How did you discover that it was having connectivity issues?
Did the device give an audible error like:
“I can't reach the internet right now. Check your modem or router connection and try again.
“I can't connect to the Wi-Fi network. You might want to check the connection settings in the Google Home app”
Something else? (Please note the error message, or how the issue was discovered)
What is the Firmware version for your device?
Firmware version can be found by following instructions here
What is your WiFi setup? (single router or multiple access points - how many?)
What is the location of the affected speaker in relation to the WiFi Access Points/Routers?
Did your change WiFi setup recently?
If so, was it was working fine before? What did you swap your original WiFi device or provider to?
Lastly, if you could send in feedback regarding this situation, I would appreciate it.
I look forward to your response, thank you.

Is there already a solution to this problem, ik have the same problem with 1 of my mini's i have 5 mini's and 1 screen in my house and only 1 of the mini's regular losing the connection, and it is the speaker that is close to the wifi access point. Every 2 of 3 day's i have to reinstall the speaker in google home.
The firmware of the system is 277099
The Firmware of cast is 1.54.277099
I also have special for all the google home stuf (speakers, google screen and light switses) a special router, witch hase it's own IP range so no phone's and other can use it.
I hope that there is a sollution for the problem.
