Google Nest Mini changed its voice and won't go back to the old one

Hello ! 

My Google Nest Mini changed its voice to a new one, but I don't like it, so I went to the settings of the assistant on my phone in Google Home app, and set it back ti the old voice that I prefer, but even though it is correctly set, on my speaker the new voice is still used.

Android:

1. On most assistant-enabled devices, say, "Hey Google, open assistant settings."
2. Under "All settings," tap Assistant Voice.
3. Choose a voice.

iPhone:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Assistant app Google Assistant.
2. At the top right, tap your profile image or initial, and then Assistant Voice.
3. Choose a voice.

Thats' what I did but by going myself into the settings, it didn't change. However, I tried it again this morning and was able to modify the voice, but it's the old man voice, and the old woman voice is not available, I can only choose between the new woman voice or the old man voice, I'd like to go back to the old woman voice...
