Google Nest Nest Hub (2nd gen) not working fully

There is no sleep sensor and even when you wave to stop the music or play it will not respond. 

this is system setting photo.

@Rutvij7 if you are in one of the supported countries provided by @kiltguy2112 you can use instructions found here to set up that capability. It's worth noting some of those setting aren't on the device but are managed through the Google Home app, namely, gestures which is the other part of your comment.

You need to turn on Motion Sense. If you are outside of the following list of countries, motion sense may not be available.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States (except for Puerto Rico)
