Google Nest Speaker not working anymore

How to get a response to my multiple requests for help from Google?

Does anybody at the company actually care about customers?  Or once you purchase an item are you just left high and dry when it comes time to request support?

This seems unacceptable.

It's better if you describe your problem so others can help you but I do share your sentiment. Just before Christmas, an online chat session with Google Support was basically them telling me they would fix the problem where all my Google speakers were disconnecting from my WiFi, as reassurance for me wanting to buy 2 x Nest Audios to add to our home.

Once the refund window expired, they told me they won't work because they're not compatible with WiFi 6, and I can't have a refund.

Out of warranty.  Out of luck.  Problem not solved.

Hi Muddi,

Appreciate that and don't want to hijack this thread, but it was senior support that are telling me it won't work if my router is WiFi 6 and no refunds. I'm just sharing that my experience of support appears to be similarly disappointing.
