Hoi,

Onze Nest is helemaal dood en resetten via bovenkant indrukken heeft geen effect. Alle lampjes doen het niet. Voeding is 24VDC en OK. Wat kunnen we nog doen?

Hi Arjan74,

Thanks for posting in the community!

I'm so sorry to hear that your Google Nest Audio is not powering up. Don't worry; I'm here to help! Just to get started, I'd like to confirm some details with you. Can you please help me answer the next questions?

  • Is the speaker or display plugged directly into a wall outlet or surge protector?
  • Are you using the official power adapter that came with the speaker?
  • Have you tried to use another wall outlet?
  • When did this situation begin?
  • Was there any type of electrical outage around the time this began?

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reply to this post. I'll be happy to assist you further!

Best regards,

Nery.

Gr Arjan

Hi Arjan74,

Thanks for your response and for sharing this information!

Let's try a workaround together! Please follow the next steps:

  • Make sure the Google Nest Audio is not connected to a surge protector.
  • Discharge the speaker.
    • Unplug the power adapter from the outlet and the speaker.
    • Leave it unplugged for 20 seconds.
    • Plug the power adapter into the speaker.
    • Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet that works.
    • Check if any LED lights would appear on the speaker.
  • If you have a second speaker or display, please use the power adapter from the one you are currently using.

In the meantime, if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reply to this post. I'll be happy to assist you further!

Best regards,

Nery.
