Google Nest can’t connect to Wifi

Hi there,

Months after my Hub worked fine, it just stopped working. It is unable to connect to my WiFi.

I restarted my router, reset the Hub, removed it from Google Home, and reinstalled it.

i still receive an error “Check internet connection”. All my other devices are on my wifi and works perfectly fine.

Hi Fareed_m,

Thanks for reaching out.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing that right now. Could you tell us how many Google Nest speakers are connected to your network? Have you made any changes on your router settings recently? Let's try first these steps:

  • Reboot your Google Nest speaker (unplug the speaker from the power source for at least a few minutes)
  • Reboot your router (unplug the router from the power source for at least a few minutes)
  • As soon as all the devices are unplugged, make sure to move the Google Nest speaker closer to the router preferably 10-15 feet.

Let me know if these steps work.

Best,

Princess
