Google Nest non riesce a collegarsi a nessuna tapparella

Ho appena acquistato Google Nest che volevo utilizzare per comandare vocalmenre il mio sistema di domotica Control di B Ticino. Ho configurato  tutti i dispositivi all'interno della app Google Home e, se per le luci va tutto correttamente, per le tapparelle invece ci vede essere un problema perché le vede tutte offline. Ovvimsnete sono offline solo sull'app Google perché invece dall'app Control funzionano tutte correttamente. GRAZIE MILLE
