Google Nest volume of Google Assistant significantly lower

Hi, I just purchased a new Google Nest Audio and I'm noticing the Google Assistant volume is significantly lower than the volume when playing YouTube Music or Bluetooth. Can you help fix this issue? Ideally the volume of Google Assistant should be set to the user to control. I called Google 1 and they weren't able to help me.

Apologize for the late response. To confirm, is it happening on a specific song only or any media playing on your Google Nest speakers like news and radio? What model of Google Nest speaker are you having an issue with? Also, if possible - send us a short video clip to get a clearer picture of what's happening on your device.

Hi Jake, sorry missed Muddi's response. The issue still persists, I had spoken to someone via the chats, who asked me for photos, video, etc. She then told me she was not able to send me a replacement unit because it was from Costco and not from Google store. I returned that unit and tried another unit from BestBuy. The same issue. The fix is a software one, have the Google Assistant voice volume be independently controlled because there is a stark difference between the volume of music (loud and expected) with that of the volume of Google Assistant (not loud at all, older Gen Google device outperform in volume).

I'm just living with this nuisance hoping for a software fix...
