The Google Speakers group option doesn't work. Disconnected them reconnected them.  deleted them on the app reinstalled them. deleted and remade the group. disconnected internet and reconnected internet. Moved them closer together. changed positions. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Nothing works I'm getting sick and tired of this **bleep**.

Hi there,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? Does it happen when you play music with the group via voice command or casting from an app?

You can create a new home structure then move your Nest speakers there then create a group. Observe if it will make a difference. Check the steps below for guidance.

Create a home

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home.
  2. At the top, tap Add Add.
  3. Tap Create new home.
  4. Follow the steps.

Note: You can have up to 5 homes in your account.

Move a device to a different home

Note: Not all devices can be moved to a different home this way. Speakers, displays, and Chromecast can be moved, but Nest Wifi point and Nest Hub Max can't. Some Nest and Wifi devices can't be moved to a different home. If you have a device that can't be moved to a different home, you need to factory reset your device and set it up again in a new home.

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home.
  2. Open the home the device is in.
  3. Touch and hold your device's tile.
  4. Tap Settings Settings and then Device information and then Home.
  5. Tap the home you want to move the device to and then Next and then Move device.
  6. If asked, tap the room you want to move the device to and then Next.

Check this link for more information.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Juni
