Cannot connect google assitant through google home app . I recived an error message like operation could not be made error83902 kGSK ErrorDomain.

Sorry to hear about what you're experiencing right now. If you're getting that prompt, I would recommend to unistall and reinstall back the Home app. By the way, what Google Nest speakers are you trying to setup? I'd love to know more details so we can assist you further.
