My jbl link20 google home speaker is not connecting to my iPad. Does any one knows why?

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I understand you're experiencing an issue with your JBL Link 20 Google Home speaker not connecting to your iPad. I'm happy to assist you.

Do you only have a JBL Link 20 speaker with Google Assistant, or are you experiencing this issue with a Google Home speaker as well?

Additionally, are you trying to connect your JBL Link 20 to your iPad via a direct Bluetooth connection, or are you attempting a Wi-Fi setup using the Google Home app?
