Just wondering if anyone could help me? I have a JBL Speaker that was working brilliant until I changed my WiFi and now I can't get it to connect to the new one. It just keeps saying unable to communicate with JBL Link 10 Speaker. TIA!

I think I have tried everything I canon my end so I'll contact the manufacturer and see what I get from them in the way of reseting the speaker.

Thanks so much for your help

Hey there Maggiemay,

I'm so sorry to hear about the troubles you've been having with your speaker, I'm sure it's confusing, but I'm happy to help.

  • Would you mind letting me know what wifi you changed to?
  • Have you double checked your router and modem to make sure that things are working there as well?
  • Would you mind uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Garrett DS

Thank you. My router and modem are fine working no issue. I have two other speakers one  JBL and a Google nest both working fine.  I did uninstall and reinstall the app already.  The WiFi is the same company but just a new modem so new password and name.

When I got it first I named it kitchen speaker and when I tried to get it to work the other day it tried to use kitchen speaker as the WiFi? I think. I have selected to forget it and all that but I just can't seem to get it to work. It does still work with Bluetooth.

Hey there,
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? Have you tried contacting the manufacturer to see how they could help as it seems it may be an issue with that.

Please let me know.

Best regards,
Garrett DS
