Google home not Working

My Google home product is  not working. Only four white lights are on. Tried for factory reset by pressing the microphone button and other methods as a switch on and off device for more than 10 times. 
No response from Google home. Only white lights are on and no response from the speaker. 
wi-fi connection and android phone are working fine. Pl suggest other ways to restart the device.
Pl provide support for resetting/ repair of the product.

That certainly hasn't been easy for you. Let's further look into it. What is the color of the LED at the back of your Google Home, near the mic button? Is this how you did the 10-time switch on and off? Unplug the power cord > wait 10 seconds > plug the power cord back in > wait for the 4 LED lights to light up > unplug the power cord again > repeat the steps 10 more times.
