Tengo un Google home, el cual no sirve para nada, se reinicia de manera continuo

Hola es un Nest 2, ya lo apagué , lo reinicie 10 veces y en la 11 probé y nada, lo dejé desconectado y volví a intentar y nada, se reinicia solo
