Google home unable to reset factory setting. I tried the 10 step process and no luck

Factory reset did not work on my Google home speaker. Tried the 10 step process and still have 4 lights on top and the speaker is unresponsive.

Anything else I can try?

To better understand the situation, I'd also like to ask a couple of questions:

• What kind of speaker do you have?
• Does your speaker display four solid white lights, or is there a different color?
• Did you encounter any error messages when you tried to reset the device?
