Google hub screen not working

My new  google nest gen 2 hub screen is bright but displays nothing. The touch screen is not working. It's connected to wifi.

It was showing photos and working properly for 5 days.

  • Can you please try to do a reboot and Factory Data Reset on your device? Are there any improvements? 
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
