Google nest connection issue

I have had my google connected for over a year. Recently my daughter tried to connect to Spotify and when she couldn’t she reset my devices. Since then I have been unable to connect the nest. The router connects without issue. The nest connects up to the point where I have to connect Google Assistant and then I get this message “The operation couldn't be completed. (kGSKErrorDomain

error -83902.)”. I have done all the suggested troubleshooting including a complete factory reset of both devices and turned my phone off and on. Nothing works. I don’t understand as it was working perfectly before. So frustrating !!!
