Google nest hub display problem

Hello I have had my google meet hub for around about 1 week and I am having a problem with my linked or connected apps displaying when I swipe up to show me the menu bar.And yes I have made sure it is on the correct WiFi and there is nothing wrong with the placement.it shows no apps and I am really struggling please could someone be so kind to help me?
