Google nest hub has got black screen

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with your Google Nest Hub. I'd love to help you further on resolving this by answering these questions:

  • Are there any indication that the device is still powered on even without the display?
  • Was is still responding to your commands?
  • Have you already tried resetting the Google Nest Hub after you have experienced this?
