Good morning,
I bought from you the two used Google Nest Hub Max from Ebay, one for me and one for my mother to be able to easily make video calls and for video surveillance.
One I managed to configure it correctly without any problems on the first try, unfortunately the second gives me problems connecting to the camera. The setup of the Cam in the Home app is successful but then it doesn't connect in any way. I performed the zero configuration several times (performing the factory reset) scrupulously following the official Google instructions (as I did for the first device), and also this topic https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Speakers- and-Displays/Nest-Hub-Max-camera-won-t-work/m-p/22780#M5184 but the camera is always offline.
Then I read this official Google FAQ https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9249728?hl=en
which suggests having the integrated nest cam eliminated by the old owner, and if this operation cannot be performed due to unavailability of the old owner, returning it to the seller.
At this point I ask if you have any solution to suggest and tell me how to proceed.
Thanks in advance and Happy New Year everyone.

Hey fmirizzi,
Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. I know how challenging it is when you're having issues setting up the built-in camera of your Google Nest Hub Max. To confirm, are you able to set up the device? If yes, please provide the firmware version.
Please try these steps below:
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
Muddi

I wanted to follow up and see if you are still in need of any help. Have you had the chance to try the suggestion above? If yes, how is it?
