- My configured language is Dutch and I get some parts in french. which is annoying.
- I have a total of 4 nest hubs and this issue is occurring only to 1 unit
- I've power cycled the unit and the problem comes back after a few hours.
- I have tried to reset the unit completely and the problem comes back after a few hours.

Hold the volume Buttons for 10 seconds and reset the smart display and that will fix the issue

@Sebastiano84 and @ille, a few questions: what country are you from? Was this working before? If yes, when did the issue start?
In the meantime, change the Assistant language on your Google Nest Hub. Here's how: open the Google Home app > Choose Assistant settings > Assistant language > Change the primary language to English (US/UK) then to the original language. Power cycle your display for a minute and let me know if the issue persists.

Im from sweden and the Assistant works fine. I can speak swedish and i she replies in swedish. The issue is the menu. Everything written on the screen is in german. I got the nest hub just yesterday and everything worked fine for about an hour before it changed to german from nowhere. I just changed the language to english and back to swedish and it is now in swedish. But i have a feeling its gonna be back to german again tomorrow haha. I will keep you updated!

Okey so i tried restarting the device aswell. It seems to be stuck in english instead of german now. I mean id rather have it in english than german but i would mostly like to have it in swedish so that my whole family can use the features

Thanks for keeping me posted. If the Assistant language is still stuck on English on your new Google Nest Hub, try factory resetting the unit and setting it up again. Let me know what language it will show on its screen after it gets configured again.
