Google nest hub won’t play sky news on display

Hi, since 3 days ago, my 2nd gen google nest hub display won’t play sky news when I ask for the news. Usually it plays an update video, but now it just says ‘that’s all for today’ and plays no audio or video update. I’ve factory resetted and no difference. Any ideas?
