Firstly compliments to the new year Google team
Please can help me with nesthub I've my nesthub since they launched overseas it wasn't even available in S.A never gave me issue till last November so for reason It started having giving me when after I unplugged when I plugged into it's power point at first it not power after its switched on however when tried its switched o tried every troubleshooting opinions that there after a week I plugged into the power a smack lol it swith on I rebooted it as quick as I could and it lost power again flew day it switched on then added home app. It perfectly playing YouTube music till early parts of morning 24hr later and I even took a chance picked it up moved around it was good till it swith off and never came on there after I bought a new internal adapter still ntn. Maybe the loss contact the impassion I got at first. And I think there any on in S.A repaire there so I was google to see to stripped it maybe there's a loss contact. Before I attempt that maybe there's something I miss my hub Thanking you in advance.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s further look into it. Do you still have the official power cord that came with your Google Nest Hub? Let’s try to use it. Put your Google Nest Hub into recovery mode with these steps:
Once the screen shows the recovery mode message, do a factory reset, and then try to set it up. Let me know how it goes.
