Google nest mini 2 gen not playing any custom playlists

Hi There,

This is Rohit from India. I have configured below music services and created a custom playlist within all apps.
1. Youtube Music
2. Gaana
3. JioSavan
4. Spotify
5. Wynk Music

I had no luck invoking the custom made playlist. Could you please help me to access custom playlist.

Amazon echo dot is far better is terms of having custom playlist feature.

• Did your playlists play before? Or have they never worked?
• What command are you using? 
  • For example, when I want to play my custom Spotify playlist I say: "Hey Google, play my [name] playlist on Spotify." Then it says, "Ok playing your Spotify playlist called [name], here you go."
  • Have you tried the command above? It always works for me.
• Are you logged in/linked into your media accounts on the Google Home app?
• Are you receiving any error messages when this occurs?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
