Google nest mini 2nd generation

I have 3 Google Home products. Google Next Mini 2nd generation, Google Home, Google Nest Hub. I changed my Isp Provider and tried changing Google devices wi-fi so they would work again. No luck! I had to reset all devices to factory reset. Unfurtunately the Mini 2nd generatiin would not factory reset. Tried ever possible way with help and had no luck. Kept comining back with the message to factory reset because it had already been used on the old network and Home would not recognize it unless it was reset to factory reset. Is there anyway possible to get the Mini 2nd generation to work?

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about the situation that you are experiencing with your Google Nest Mini 2nd Gen not connecting to the new WiFi network. I understand how frustrating that situation can be. But don't worry, I can help. I just need to confirm if those are the steps that you try to perform the factory reset: 

• Mute the microphone: Switch the mic off on the side of the device.
• Initiate reset: Press and hold the center of the device for about 15 seconds until you hear a confirmation tone.
