Google nest mini connection issue

Hi, 

I have spent 3 hours trying to connect my two google nest mini's together so i can play music out of both of them, however when i pair them i get a "problem connecting to cloud" error code. how do i fix this? I am very frustrated now as i have tried factory resetting both of them, reset my account etc and nothing is working!!!

Please help asap!

I know how it feels when you're experiencing an issue setting up a speaker group - we'd love to help. A few questions - is this the first-time that you're pairing your speakers? Have you tried using a different phone/tablet? Are you able to create an audio group?

Hi, 

I have paired my speakers before and it worked fine but now it just doesn’t want to happen! 
I haven’t trained using a different phone as I only have one.

I can create an audio group but it’ll pop up with “problem connecting to cloud” or my speaker will say “sorry there was a problem please try again when you’re ready”.

Hey Alexcj,

Since it's been a while since this thread was last updated, we'd like to check if you still need help with this.
